We act solely as an intermediary and do not operate or control the services provided

by third-party suppliers.

2. Booking Confirmation

A contract between the client and us is deemed concluded once we confirm the booking details and notify the client of the confirmed reservation.

3. Payment

Clients are required to make payment by the specified deadline provided by us.
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the booking.

4. Cancellations and Changes

Cancellations and changes are subject to the terms and conditions of each service provider (e.g., hotels, transportation companies, restaurants).
In some cases, our own cancellation policies may apply.

Any cancellation fees incurred shall be borne by the client.

5. Liability Disclaimer

We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by:

Weather conditions, natural disasters, or force majeure events
Delays, cancellations, or service failures by third-party providers
Actions or negligence of the client
Any circumstances beyond our reasonable control

6. Third-Party Services

All services arranged through us are provided by independent third-party suppliers.
Clients are subject to the terms and conditions of those suppliers.

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes or Suspension of Services

We reserve the right to modify or suspend our services when necessary.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
