Butler & Concierge Service

We support villa stays in Niseko with a private butler and concierge service tailored to your requests. Hourly and live-in options are available. Service scope and staffing are agreed in advance, and a quotation is prepared for your needs.

 

HOURLY SERVICE

JPY 8,000 / staff member / hour (excluding tax)

After hours: JPY 12,000 / staff member / hour (excluding tax)

 

Standard hours: 8:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m.

Minimum booking: four hours per day.

A Mitsubishi Delica may be used when needed. Transportation-only bookings are not available. Airport transfers and standalone private car services are arranged through partner providers. Professional cooking is not included.

 

LIVE-IN SERVICE

JPY 120,000 per staff member per 24 hours, excluding tax.

This fee covers service, on-site presence, and overnight standby. It does not provide continuous active service for 24 hours.

Daytime support is available flexibly between 6:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.; 11:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m. is emergency standby.

Transportation-only bookings are not available.

Staff meal, rest and sleep periods are agreed in advance. Routine requests are handled after the scheduled break.

 

OVERNIGHT SUPPORT: 11:00 P.M.–6:00 A.M.

Staff normally sleep during these hours. Emergency assistance of up to 30 minutes is included. For longer emergency assistance, only the time exceeding 30 minutes is charged at JPY 6,000 per staff member per 30 minutes, excluding tax.

Pre-arranged or non-emergency overnight support is charged from the start at the same rate (equivalent to JPY 12,000 per hour), rounded up to the next 30-minute unit.

Included short emergency assistance may cover keys, a brief facility check, brief assistance for an unwell guest, or delivery of water or towels. Chargeable work includes late-night driving, errands, food and drink preparation without cooking, extended tidying, accompanying guests, and ongoing assistance.

 

COMMON CONDITIONS AND ADDITIONAL COSTS

All prices exclude tax. One staff member generally supports up to nine guests. Groups of ten or more may require additional staff. Third-party services remain subject to availability and provider conditions.

Fuel, parking, tolls, shopping, restaurants, activities, lift passes, rentals and other guest purchases are charged separately at cost. Transportation and external accommodation costs for live-in staff are also charged separately.

For live-in service, please provide a private lockable room, access to a bathroom and toilet, meals, and a secure place for valuables. If a suitable room is unavailable, external accommodation will be charged at cost or included in the quotation.

 

SERVICE LIMITS

Cooking, professional housekeeping, large-volume laundry, ironing, childcare and babysitting are not included. Continuous active service for 24 hours and simultaneous support for multiple groups are not included.

Long or frequent overnight requests, or continuous support during staff rest periods, require prior consultation, a separate quotation and/or additional staffing. Extended overnight work may delay the following morning’s service to allow staff to rest. Specialist providers can be arranged with a separate quotation.

Additional hourly staff may supplement a live-in booking, subject to hourly service rates, minimum booking hours and conditions.
